Return and refund policy

According to these terms, all products purchased on the Orizon website cannot be returned or replaced. Only if the product has defect or problem, it can be replaced for exceptional circumstances. If you think the product you received has defect or problem, please email orizonhealth@gmail.com or call Orizon customer service. Orizon reserves the right to determine that the product is indeed a defective product, and the product can be replaced. Orizon also reserves the right to test your product in question. Orizon reserves the right of final decision.

 

Delivery policy

When you place an order on the Orizon website, the ordered products will be shipped within 3 working days after you placed the order, Monday to Friday (except public holidays). If the product is not in stock when you place your order, we will replenish and ship it as soon as possible. If you have any questions about the delivery date and service, please contact us directly or send an email to orizonhealth@gmail.com.

For details of public holidays in different countries, please refer to the local government website. In addition, if payment authorization takes time to process, it may also affect the delivery time.

Failed package

Your shipment may be returned to Orizon due to a failed delivery. If the above situation happens unfortunately, we will try our best to contact you to arrange re-shipment. Orizon reserves the right to charge any additional fees or expenses incurred by such arrangements.

If you are still unable to receive your product within 30 days after receiving the delivery confirmation email; or if you have not provided us with sufficient or accurate delivery instructions, we will do so without affecting any rights or compensation. Decide to cancel your order, and charge you any additional costs and losses for not receiving the product due to insufficient and inaccurate information provided. The company will not make any refunds or compensations, and Orizon reserves the right to claim any unpaid items or corresponding costs incurred due to such cancellations.

The goods were damaged during delivery 

If there is any damage on the package due to the shipping process, please contact us immediately via orizonhealth@gmail.com.
